Artist Statement
Painting is my passion and I can't imagine my life without it. A blank canvas is all possibilities, and as I face it, without limitations, I can't wait to see what it has to say. A language spoken without words, in paint and in color.
I stand before a canvas, with nothing specific in mind except perhaps a shape or two and a color theme. What results is usually a wonderful surprise. It seems I am there just to hold the brush or knife for the paints.
